Job Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Greek
- A minimum of 2 years of operational and field experience in protection (or other related fields), OR a minimum of three years in a technical customer support role, with excellent general IT troubleshooting skills.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Access database or Excel formulas and macros)
- Experience supporting custom-built internal applications serving hundreds of users
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to effectively liaise with colleagues on all levels in a distributed, multicultural, detail-oriented environment (without losing a sense of humor)
- A sense of personal ownership of the applications, and the drive to keep customers well satisfied with the level of support they receive

Job Requirements:
- University Degree, preferably in social sciences, law, public health or social work
- Minimum one year professional experience in protection programming, child protection programming, GBV programming, human rights work, counseling or community/social work
- Knowledge of national human rights organizations, local legal aid networks and the protection community operating in Lesvos preferred INGO experience preferred
- Demonstrated understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for beneficiaries
- Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in a team setting
- Strong ability to maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, and work in a difficult environment
- Personal qualities: Works well in and promotes teamwork, comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure well.
- Fluency in English. Preferable knowledge of the following languages: Arabic, Farsi, Dari, Pashto, Kurdish.
