Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) is an international independent medical and humanitarian action-driven organization that offers assistance to populations in distress, to victims of natural or man-made disasters and to victims of armed conflict, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, creed or political affiliation. The MSF movement is built around 5 Operational Centers (OC) supported by 21 sections and 24 associations worldwide.
MSF in Greece provides humanitarian and medical assistance to the refugee and migrant populations fleeing conflict in their home countries and following a migration route via Greece and the Balkans towards Northern Europe.
The Support Service Unit (SSU) is especially dedicated to undertake fully specific administrative and financial tasks concerning the function of MSF operations in Greece. Its aim is to enhance the quality and efficiency of MSF response to the needs of the populations MSF is assisting in the country.

Essential Requirements:
- Minimum working experience of 2 years in the area of HR/Finance/Administration
- Independent user of Greek and English
- Knowledge of the context (legal and labor).
Desirable:
- Experience in the field as HR/Fin Co/admin with MSF or other NGOs
- Degree in HRM or BA or other related field.

Essential:
- Degree or professional certification in Operations Management, Business Management or related field strongly preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience managing a large multi-site Transportation operation, preferably within an INGO setting.
- Demonstrated excellence in training and capacity-building of specialist and non-specialist staff in Fleet Management.
- Ability to write narrative and analytical spread sheet reports.
- Proven computer literacy in MS-Word, MS-Excel MS-Access and related programs required.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, coordinate and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Willingness to put in extra hours as required.
- Willingness to travel to field sites.
- Systems oriented individual.
- Good team player.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; Greek an advantage.
- Valid driving license.

- Recognised nurse degree/diploma

- Good command of English (Ability to write activity reports in English)

- Medical Doctor ( Athens or Samos).
- Education: Medical Doctor Diploma and licence to practice in Greece.
- Languages: Greek and English essential, Arabic is an asset
- Experience: 2 year experience minimum as a Medical Doctor or in clinical work (can be within medical training).
- Knowledge: Computer literacy essential
- Experience working with vulnerable populations and victims of violence is an asset
- Teamwork, intercultural sensitivity, flexibility are essential.
