In response to the influx of refugees in Greece, The IRC Hellas has been working in different parts of Greece since June 2015, currently providing support to Middle East and North Africa refugees.

Τhe organization in Greece seeks for:

- Finance Officer (Polikastro).
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from recognized College/Institution.
Experience:
- Minimum of two to three years in an Accounting/Finance position preferably in an NGO.
- Computer literate with significant experience in Excel, accounting package knowledge: preferably sun accounting system.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, social science or relevant discipline;
- 4+ years of experience with recruitment/talent acquisition required; experience in an international NGO context desired;
- Advanced sourcing experience locally and ability to identify qualified candidates quickly;
- Must be able to handle pressure, working late as necessary to meet aggressive deadline;
- Demonstrated experience and ability to create, implement, maintain and improve recruitment strategies and systems in a high-volume context;
- Fluency in English required.

Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of generic warehouse and supply chain practices (IRC Hellas or NGO experience advantageous),
- Familiarity with Lesvos island route,
- Holder of a valid driving license,
- Competent in spoken and written English,
- Good mathematical skills,
- Competent use of PC especially spreadsheets.

- Willingness and ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
- Ability to work as part of a team and coordinate with project personnel.
- Good computer skills specially working with spreadsheets.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of local laws concerning rentals, taxation and customs.
