- Digital Assistant
Essential qualities and skills:
- Minimum of one year relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor‘s degree in new media, communications, digital marketing or a related field.
- Experience in online writing, editing and content management.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and associated software and tools.
- Knowledge and experience of web design, HTML5, CSS3 and other relevant web technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Strong personal initiative, problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain tight deadlines.

Skills:
- Computer fluency
- Knowledge and experience in digital campaigning (new media, blogging, cyber-activism)
- Awareness and knowledge of ecological, socio-economic and political environment (global and regional/national)
- Basic knowledge of EU (or other supranational) Institutions, (inter)national politics and laws
- Knowledge and/or experience in ecology, earth sciences, oceans and fisheries
- Basic knowledge in research & investigation, campaigning, activism, advocacy, lobbying, NVDA, public engagement
- Risk (legal, reputation, communication impact) assessment
- Proofreading skills
- Skills in written and verbal communication.
