ICT 2013 Young Ambassador

In the framework of the ICT 2013 event in Europe, the European Commission is inviting young researchers and students in ICT-related field to participate as ICT 2013 event ambassadors.
The 'ICT 2013 - Create, Connect, Grow' event will take place in Vilnius on 6-8 November 2013 and will focus on Horizon 2020 - the EU's Framework Programme for Research and Innovation for 2014-2020.

The young ambassadors will contribute to the event in different roles:

Session reporters will be following selected conference sessions and write summaries of the highlights, which will be published on the blog;
Conference highlighters will follow the conference and tweet about it; they will take photos and make short interviews on the spot which will be put online;
Exhibition watchers will tweet about the exhibition and will highlight the most attractive exhibits. They may also act as exhibition guides for secondary school and university students;
Social media managers will help to coordinate the information and content produced by different ambassadors. They will manage the content and be responsible for creating specific entries in Facebook and on Twitter.

Deadline to submit applications: 5 June 2013 at 16:00 CET.
