The International Rescue Committee began relief operations in Greece in July 2015 to respond to a massive influx of refugees and migrants. Today, the IRC’s programming in Greece is focused on three key areas of programming: information, protection and safe transportation; water, sanitation and hygiene; and shelter.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, social science or relevant discipline;
- 4+ years of experience with recruitment/talent acquisition required; experience in an international NGO context desired;
- Advanced sourcing experience locally and ability to identify qualified candidates quickly;
- Must be able to handle pressure, working late as necessary to meet aggressive deadline;
- Demonstrated experience and ability to create, implement, maintain and improve recruitment strategies and systems in a high-volume context;
- Fluency in English required.
