- Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Assistant (Athens, Greece, with Frequent traveling in other locations).
Essential:
- Previous relevant experience in qualitative or quantitative research or other relevant experience, such as data collection and analysis, customer service, social research, reporting
- Demonstrated ability in community mobilisation and community-level dialogue
- Strong skills in Excel and other data management software
- Good command of English (speaking and writing)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Experience developing information messages and preparing for wide dissemination
- Willingness to work with refugee and migrant populations
- Commitment to the aims and principles of Save the Children.

Desirable:
- Experience in knowledge and database management
- Knowledge of Farsi or Arabic
- Experience in working with NGOs, charities, volunteering, or other community activities.
