About CEVIA
CEVIA is a Research Unit funded by the Danish Council for Independent Research | Social Sciences (FSE). Its research focus is on the important role played by the private enterprise in modern society in which private actors are powerful players which increasingly take on tasks that have traditionally been considered public tasks. Thus, research in the centre has a private/public law perspective and focuses on uncovering the described development and its implications for the liability of the private enterprise.
By bringing together a transnational group of high level scholars with a background in both private law and public law CEVIA encourages exchanges across different – primarily - legal disciplines, and promotes research collaboration in the field of enterprise liability.
