One (1) Graduate Student Position at the Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of the FORTH

The Foundation for Research and Technology Hellas (FORTH) – Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology seeks one motivated individual for a graduate student position in the laboratory of Christos Delidakis to participate in the research programme Investigating the role of Notch in neural stem cell malignancies in Drosophila, which is funded by WWCR (Worldwide Cancer Research).

Qualifications:
- University Degree in Life or Natural Sciences.
- Master's Degree in a related field (optional).
- Fluent use of English.
- Experience in molecular biology and genetics – prior experience with Drosophila will be positively evaluated.
- Experience in microscopy of cells and/or tissues.
- Additional skills will be positively evaluated, such as writing skills, participation in publications, computer literacy, expertise in handling –omic scale data.
