In response to the influx of refugees in Greece, The IRC Hellas has been working in Lesvos since June 2015 and started operations in Northern Greece in March 2016, providing support to Middle East and North Africa refugees.

Job Requirements:
- University Degree in management, human resources, administration or related fields.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years professional experience in Administration/Office Management
- Previous experience with Human Resources and/or Recruitment and asset
- INGO experience preferred.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong sense of personal integrity.
- Additional qualities: ability to multitask, ability to handle pressure well, ability to improvise, flexibility, cultural and environmental sensitivity.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years in related fields (finance, business and/or finance for non-governmental organizations).
- Previous work experience working for international organizations such as UN or NGOs a significant advantage, as well as previous experience on cash assistance or economic programming for refugees.
- Computer skills, including advanced knowledge and usability of Microsoft Excel (this will be tested during the interview phase)
- Ability to work independently yet also as a member of a broader team
- Strong communication skills, including liaison skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize many competing and urgent tasks.
- Previous experience with conducting financial audits a plus
- Experience working with banks and/or financial service providers
- Demonstrated experience with capacity building and training
- Good interpersonal and team building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Greek and English.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the field of project support, community mobilization and social work, primarily in relation to refugee protection and gender based violence. NGO experience preferred.
- Additional experience with women’s protection, children’s protection, income-generation programs, economic recovery/development preferred.
- Experience working with/advocating to community leaders, religious leaders and local authorities to improve community protection mechanisms for vulnerable or excluded members
- University Degree in social work, community development or human rights related field
- Demonstrated experience with capacity building and training
- Good interpersonal and team building skills
- Strong negotiation skills essential with experience in conflict resolution desirable
- Experience working with other NGOs and local partners
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong liaison and diplomatic skills
