- Roving Psychologist (Athens).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The qualified candidate must be psychologist with extensive psychosocial programming experience with 5 + years’ experience in setting up or implementing psychosocial programs at national and international levels.
- In depth knowledge of psychosocial programming in the humanitarian context and in depth understanding of the consequences of violence and displacement.
- Experience implementing Women Friendly Spaces, Child Friendly Spaces, Case Management, Psychosocial programming for people affected by disaster.
- Familiarity with IASC Guidelines on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support In Emergency Settings.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within different cultural environments.
- Honest, hardworking and a self-motivated person able to work in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work within a team structure or in isolation, flexible, and can cope with stressful workloads and working with limited resources.
- An excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Arabic Language is great advantage.

- Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Senior Officer (Athens).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- The qualified candidate must have an advanced degree (post-graduate) or higher in psychology or mental health counseling with extensive psychosocial programming experience with 5 + years’ experience in setting up, implementing, and supervising psychosocial programs.
- Experience in capacity building of staff including training and supervision.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in NGO, and substantial experience in MHPSS.
- Experience in team-building and engagement with communities; familiarity with needs-based participatory approach.
- Experience of working in camp contexts.
- Knowledge of and experience in using established inter-agency standards and guidelines in MHPSS and child protection, such as the IASC Guidelines on Mental Health and Psychosocial Support in Emergency Settings, the Minimum Standards for Child Protection in Humanitarian Action, Inter-agency Guidelines on Separated and Unaccompanied Children, Safe Healing and Learning Spaces Handbook and IASC Guidelines in Emergencies.
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity.
- Self-awareness and proven ability to operate successfully in different cultural environments.
- An excellent command of verbal and written English.
- Arabic Language is great advantage.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science in Social Science, Public Health, Humanities or other related field, desirable
- Clear understanding of gender, human rights, and issues surrounding violence against women and girls
- Experience facilitating trainings and workshops and mentoring others
- Positive and professional attitude, including ability to lead and work well in a team setting
