Adviser to the Head of Mission at International Committee of the Red Cross (Athens)

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), a neutral and independent humanitarian organization, has a vacancy at its Mission in Athens for a resident position:
- Adviser to the Head of Mission (M/F)

Requirements:
- University degree
- 4-6 years’ work experience in a similar function (governmental bodies, public institutions, international organizations, etc.)
- Fluent in Greek and English, other languages an asset
- Previous experience in dealing with migration related issues an asset
- Very good computer skills, incl. spreadsheets
- Very good analytical and writing skills
- Very good networking capacities
- Confirmed capacity to analyze the political and social environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, diplomacy and organizational skills
- A demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships at all levels both internally and externally
- Ability to work in a team in a multicultural environment
