The Horizon 2020-funded SUFISA project, that began in May 2015, will host its third project workshop from 11 to 12 July 2016, taking place just before the 12th Annual IFSA (International Farming Systems Association) symposium that will be held from 12 to 15 July 2016 at Harper Adams University, UK.
The meeting will bring around 30 researchers together to discuss the project’s ongoing priorities and progress from its first year.
This year’s IFSA meeting will focus on the theme of ‘Social and technological transformation of farming systems: Diverging and converging pathways.’ SUFISA aims to identify practices and policies that support the sustainability of primary producers in a context of complex policy requirements, market imperfections and globalisation.
