Education: Post graduate level Finance
Experience, Transferable skills and knowledge:
- Minimum 2 years overseas experience working with an international humanitarian/development NGO, with minimum 1 year in a similar position or at least as Administrative and Financial
- Experience in Mission opening
- Ability to work with technically skilled HR resources in a proven efficient and respectful manner
- Strong experience in budget management is mandatory
- Extensive experience of administration issue
- Experience of working in emergency response is an asset
- Proven management ability, including ability to motivate and develop skills of team’s members;
- Proven ability to deal with donors and operational partners;
- Ability to work remotely.
- Regular, clear, fluid, transparent and efficient communication
- Networking (with local populations, local staff, Aid organisations, all types of stakeholders, donors, … )
Computer: Confident and proficient in the use of MS Office, Excel; HOMERE & SAGA
Languages: Fluent English (mandatory), Greek or Macedonian (appreciated)
