The upcoming CERN School of Computing 2016 is for two weeks and takes place from 28 August to 10 September 2016 in Mol, Belgium. It is organized in collaboration with the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and hosted in the Belgian Nuclear Research Centre.
The School will also create the best possible conditions to facilitate cross-national and cross-institute networking for young and promising scientists in the fields of Computing and Physics.
CERN School of Computing 2016 offers an indepth programme of advanced, interesting and challenging computing topics planned, which will provide ECTS university credits upon successful completion of the CSC exam.
CERN School of Computing 2016 will provide around 50 hours of lectures and hands-on exercises. The hands-on component includes projects and mini-challenges carried out in small groups and as individuals.
The deadline for registration is on May 30th.
