1) RetailZoom is looking to recruit a dynamic Business Development Executive in each of the following countries: Czech Republic, Lithuania, Poland and Romania.

Job description:
- The successful candidate will represent RetailZoom and its analytics product line, demonstrating the ability to achieve sales by communicating the value of the solutions (not just demonstrating the functionality).
- She/he will articulate analytic solutions in terms of ROI to the customer and will provide product demonstrations to prospects.
- She/he will research the customer environment to create effective business impact models and build business cases.
- She/he will communicate the business requirements to the project/implementation team after completion of sale to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages, warranting by excellent client service a continuous degree of customer satisfaction.

Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 3 + years of professional experience in sales of market research/analytical products or as CRM/retail analytics expert
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in related fields (Business /Marketing/Business Intelligence/Analysis/Statistics/).
- Exceptional analytical and technical skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills including collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and persuasion.
- Ability to present and articulate a complete application and analytic solution.
- Ability to think out-of-the-box and impress customers with original line of thinking and have a proven record to be a team player.

2) RetailZoom is looking for a Field Manager for the Tehran office.
The successful candidate will lead all operations related to the acquisition of market research data and will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with data collection protocols and information integrity.
Experience in managing teams in the field of goods distribution or in logistics are considered an advantage.

- College or Bachelor Degree in scientific or technical subjects
- Fluency in spoken and written English essential

3) RetailZoom is looking for a Field Supervisor for the Tehran office.
The successful candidate will supervise on the ground a team of surveyors who will collect data from the retail trade. Experience in supervising small teams of people, preferably in the field of goods distribution or in logistics, is essential.

Candidate Profile
- High school or College Degree in scientific or technical subjects
- Fair knowledge of spoken and written English.
