Head of Programme at Norwegian Refugee Council (Athens)

Norwegian Refugee Council seeks for:
- Head of Programme

Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years experience from a senior management position in a humanitarian/ recovery context
- Core competency expertise
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
- Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience in understanding dynamic context in a short time
- Knowledge of Greek is an asset
- Experience from advocacy work
- Experience with start-up, exit or similar
