International Rescue Comittee seeks for:
- Compensation and Benefits Officer

Job Requirements:
- University studies/ Higher education in Human Resources or Finance.
- 3 years of experience in payroll processing and Human Resource Information systems for large numbers of staff (300 and above)
- Professional experience with INGOs/NGOs and/or international experience is a plus.
- Proven sense of professional discretion, integrity, and ability to manage situations diplomatically and to effective resolution.
- Diplomatic and strong acumen in establishing positive working relationships with employees and all other stakeholders to maximize cooperation and productivity.
- Very strong command in Excel is required.
- Written and Spoken fluency in Greek and English is required.
