5 PhD Fellowships in collaboration with Rolls-Royce, University of Derby, UK (2016-2017)

The University of Derby’s Institute for Innovation in Sustainable Engineering (IISE), in collaboration with Rolls Royce - Civil Nuclear, are proud to announce 5 fully funded Ph.D studentships in the area of next generation nuclear reactors. Its most exciting research and at the forefront of high technology. The goal is to develop targeted and underlying research which will enable the design & manufacture of the next generation of nuclear reactors. This will involve the formation of highly skilled interdisciplinary teams. The studentships are fully funded at £19,000 per annum over 3 years.

Hence, we are seeking applications from self-motivated individuals with a 1st or 2:1 class degree in Engineering, Business Studies, or related subjects. An MSc or previous practical experience would be advantageous.
