The Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education – Economics Institute (CERGE-EI) and the Nadace CERGE-EI foundation are announcing the New Economic Talent 2015 contest.
The competition invites university students to submit their papers in any sub-field of economics (such as macroeconomics, microeconomics, monetary policy, public finance, theoretical economics, econometrics, behavioral economics etc.)
Eligibility
The competition is open to current Bachelor’s and Master’s students (full-time or part-time) or Bachelor’s and Master’s graduates (up to two years after graduation) in any field, who are interested in contemporary economic issues and wish to better understand the forces and processes that ‘shape the world’.
Prize
The winner will receive 1,000 USD and access to an international network of top economists (through attendance at events such as the Global Development Network conference, the Distinguished Speaker Series or the Graduation Gala).
