Anatolia College is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Finance/CFO & Human Resources as of August 2016.
The incumbent will play an instrumental role in managing the day to day operations of the office of the VP for Finance/CFO and Human Resources at Anatolia. The designated responsibilities will require the Executive Assistant to follow instructions and implement directives with little or no follow up. In addition, the position will require the Assistant to work as part of a team of Department managers acting as the liaison between them and the Vice President. Furthermore, the incumbent will need to possess superior organizational skills with an understanding of basic accounting, financial terms and functionality. On a periodic basis, complete financial reports that require synthesis into written and oral presentations need to be prepared. In this capacity as well as in the day-to-day activities, the incumbent needs to employ advanced computer skills. Finally, effective customer service skills are required when dealing with both internal and external contacts.

Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience of 3 to 5 years as an executive administrative assistant or in other secretarial positions.
- A Bachelor’s Degree (in Accounting or Finance is highly desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint as well as IOS Word and Keynote.
- Excellent command in written and oral communication in both English and Greek.
- Certified proficiency in the English language
