Your profile:
Education: Academic and practical knowledge of water, sanitation and hygiene is essential

Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of humanitarian experience preferred with a minimum of 1 year in a similar function.
- Experience in cooperating with local WaSH actors.
- Experience with intervention in displacement settings.
- Experience with contingency planning.
- Comfortable in working with key humanitarian actors
- Proven management ability, including ability to motivate and develop skills of team’s members
- Proven ability to develop adapted humanitarian vision and strategy

Transferable skills and knowledge:
- Experience with humanitarian WaSH standards.
- Regular, clear, fluid, transparent and efficient communication
- Networking (with local populations, local staff, Aid organisations, all types of stakeholders, donors, … )
- Expertise in cross-sector integrated approaches
- Sharing interest in strategic, tactical and technical components of humanitarian programmes

Languages: Fluent English (mandatory)
