Cash Transfer Delegate at International Federation of Red Cross And Red Crescent Societies (Athens)

International Federation of Red Cross And Red Crescent Societies seeks for:
- Cash Transfer Delegate

Education:
- University Degree or equivalent in relevant area preferred.

Experience:
- 5 years relevant international experience in project design, monitoring and evaluation, participatory needs assessment, data collection and analysis.
- At least 3 years experience in implementing and monitoring conditional or unconditional cash transfer programmes, coaching staff and facilitating training.
- Hands-on design and implementation of cash/voucher based processes and control systems.
- Familiarity with RC operating environment helpful, or experience in disaster relief, recovery or development work.

Knowledge, skills and languages:
- Ability to analyse and synthesise information to a high level.
- Excellent oral, written and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, with good judgment and initiative, and the ability to work with and manage others.
- Solid understanding of the international development sector with a focus on integrated programming, participatory planning, and local institution capacity building, with knowledge of appropriate gender, equity and diversity programming approaches.
- Knowledge of integrated programming and accountability systems is preferred.

Languages:
- Fluent spoken and written English.
