21-30/11/2016 - Coached training for Future Entrepreneurship Ambassadors (The Netherlands)

Do you want to learn how to train people to be successful entrepreneurs? This training is about coaching to candidates aiming to be CEFE licensed trainers that will be able to deliver an entrepreneurial training.

Specific objectives:
- Enhance familiarity with recent CEFE tools and exercises for future CEFE trainers
- Develop the ability to create new exercises and training programs
- Understand the value of coaching in order to increase the quality for delivering CEFE trainings
- Increase awareness of the value and importance of youth participation as a form of active engagement in the society, through boosting the entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and creativity
- Train new comers with entrepreneurial skills in order to develop their business ideas in sustainable businesses
- Strengthen capacities of 12 international associations from 12 European Countries that will be future active points for working with CEFE methodology, tackling the growing youth unemployment
- Offer chances for networking and enhancing the capacities of NGO’s and exchange of experience, expertise and good practices.

- Observation and certification of participants for becoming licensed CEFE trainers who will work nationally and internationally.

What is CEFE?
CEFE methodology stands for Competency based Economies through Formation of Enterprises and represents an accumulation of non-formal instruments for entrepreneurship training combined with active and dynamic approach to work and methods of empirical learning in order to develop and improve managerial and individual skills. CEFE trainings are designed for managers at all levels, existing and future entrepreneurs, as well as all business people who want to improve professionally and personally.

How you will acquire the knowledge and skills?
The learning process will be based on four dimensions: knowledge, attitudes, skills and habits.
The overall guiding principle to the Training will be the ownership of the process which is acquired through time and energy that participants must invest into the highly demanding schedule by moving through the stages from awareness to transformation, the participant will be given the opportunity to experience personal growth, to develop a more enterprising approach to life, and to prepare an own business plan.
The non-formal learning is the main characteristic of the training.

This training is not for tourists. We are going to work! It’s for people who are serious in their goals and careers to become training professionals. Youth workers, Trainers, Youth leaders, Project managers, Entrepreneurs, Facilitators, and Employees in agencies for supporting entrepreneurship with above mentioned characteristics are welcomed.

Certification:
All the participants which will successfully accomplish 80% of the course will be awarded with Youthpass Certificate and a license for CEFE trainers. The participants who previously passed a Training for Trainers will be recommended to CEFE International to be certified as National, International and Master Trainer.
