Profile :
Education:
- University degree in relevant field

Language:
- Excellent oral and writing skills in English. Other languages including Greek, Arabic, Farsi or other languages spoken by the refugees in Greece is a plus

Experiences and aptitudes:
- At least 3 years previous experience of seniority in an NGO at a project management position in the field (expatriation)
- Extensive project management experience (management, planning, staff development and training skills) in emergency
- Experience in Child Protection programming related to PSS and/or case management
- Experience working in Middle East refugee context is a plus
- Management experience and strong team leadership qualities
- Ability to work well and punctually under pressure
- A commitment to excellence, attention to detail
