The Kettunen, Andréasson and Grøtli labs, University of Gothenburg (UGOT)/Chalmers University of Technology are seeking expressions of interest from potential postdoctoral researchers wishing to apply for Marie Sklodowka Curie Individual European Fellowships. Selected candidates will receive dedicated support from our Grants and Innovation Office to develop their proposal and application for submission to the European Commission on 14 September 2016

Who we are
Petronella Kettunen (Group leader, Sahlgrenska Academy, UGOT and co-director of the Centre for Cognitive Medicine, UGOT) is an expert on using zebrafish as model system for studying cellular and molecular mechanisms of learning and memory, in particular in Alzheimer’s disease and the influence of neuroinflammation. Joakim Andréasson (Professor in Physical Chemistry, Chalmers University of Technology) is an expert in the field of molecular photoswitches and their potential applications in molecular information processing and optopharmacology. Morten Grøtli (Professor in Medicinal Chemistry, University of Gothenburg [UGOT]) is an expert on the design and synthesis of bioactive molecules to be used to study signal transduction, as well as probes for imaging purposes.
