- HR Assistant/ HRIS Administrator
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 1-year experience in HR administration (including supporting Information Systems and Data Bases).
- Good understanding of the Greek labour legislation and statutory processes.
- Working experience and well developed skills in file organizing both electronically and in hard copy format.
- Good facilitation skills and ability to deliver training especially in e-learning and HRIS.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Good communication (written and spoken) and interpersonal skills in English.
- Prior experience from working in a fast paced environment.
- Experience and willingness to work in multicultural teams.
- Flexibility in working schedules to achieve the deliverables.
