- Case Management Supervisor – Child Protection
QUALIFICATIONS
- University degree in social work, social sciences or other relevant field
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Essential:
- Extensive work experience of working directly with children and adolescents
- Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in child protection case management, child protection programmes or related field
- Experience in community mobilisation and conducting outreach activities
- Good understanding of social welfare systems and child protection mechanisms
- Strong interpersonal skills, ethical sensitivity and ability to empathise with children and their carers
- Strong self-starter, able to take initiative and adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
- Able to work to tight deadlines under pressure
- Fluent written and spoken English and Greek
- Commitment to upholding Save the Children’s Child Safeguarding Policy, as well as principles of do no harm and confidentiality.
