A-MC Consulting has partnered with a key client in Dubai, who is foremost provider of world-class leisure and entertainment attractions in the region. This large-scale multibillion dirham project spread across 25 million square feet making it the largest integrated theme park in the region due to open in October 2016.
- Waiters / waitresses (Code W1)
They are responsible for ensuring that customers have a satisfying dining experience. The specific duties of servers vary considerably with the establishment in which they work.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers, present menus, and explain daily specials to customers
• Answer questions related to menu items
• Take food and beverage orders from customers
• Relay food and beverage orders to the kitchen staff
• Carry trays of food or drinks from the kitchen to the dining tables
• Remove dirty dishes and glasses, and clean tables after customers finish meals
• Prepare itemized checks and take payments from customers
- Commis chef (Code CC1)
As a commis chef you're on the first rung of the ladder to becoming a great chef. You'll do food preparation work and basic cooking under the supervision of a chef de partie or section chef, rotating through sections such as sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery.
Key responsibilities:
• Maintaining high standards of hygiene
• Preparing the ingredients for a more senior chef
• Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
• Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
- Retail Cashier / Sales Ass (Code RC1)
Position calls for an accountable cashiers to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving customer satisfaction and revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle cash transactions with customers
• Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
• Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Greet customers when entering or leaving establishments
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
• Keep reports of transactions
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Entry Operations Attendant (Meet & Greet , ticketing etc) (Code OA1)
Skills

Candidates will be between 20-30 years of age, with good command of English language. Salary provided is appx 2,000 UAE, plus tips. Bonus is given quarterly. Food and Accommodation in luxury apartments is provided. Visas, and travelling expenses are covered by client.
