Το You in Europe σε προσκαλεί να πάρεις μέρος σε μια ξεχωριστή ανταλλαγή, με θέμα τον υγιεινό τρόπο ζωής.

Participating countries: Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia
Number of participants: 4 participants (18-30 years old)+ 1 leader (35 participants)

The main topic of the project is sport and healthy lifestyle. In the timeframe of 9 days, the participants will get acquainted with the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and with the different types of physical activities (sports in teams: basketball, football, volley; pilates, aerobic, zumba, yoga etc.) with the help of specialists in relevant fields such as: sociologist, psychologist, nutritionist, fitness specialist, motivational specialist. They will also learn how to create a healthier menu for themselves and what type of physical activities they can pair it with.
The youth exchange will have activities like: creative workshops, presentations, cooking activities, role playing, team-building games, sport activities, leisure time activities, round table discussions etc.

Objectives of the youth exchange:
– Promoting and raising awareness among young people from different backgrounds on the importance of regular physical activities
– Creating a 7 day meal plan that is correlated with some type of physical activity
– Developing key skills and competencies according to Youthpass
– Discovering the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ program

The location of the project will be Baile 1 Mai, at a short distance from the city Oradea at a nice hotel called Ruxandra. The location of the project has a conference room, a special leisure activity room and also an outdoor space for different non-formal games.

Oradea:
Located just 8 miles from the Hungarian border and spanning both shores of the CrisuRepede.
River, the elegant city of Oradea is a great starting point for exploring Romania. Oradea is remarkable for its particularly rich collection of Art Nouveau architecture.
Oradea University, one of the largest in Eastern Europe, is an excellent educational center in literature, as well as in medicine and sciences.
Baile Felix, a spa resort located only 5 miles south of the city, is home to several thermal springs and medical centers offering treatments that alleviate rheumatism, arthritis, and neurological problems.
