Postdoctoral Positions, Idibell, Spain (2016-2017)

The Catalan Institute of Oncology (ICO, Barcelona, Spain) is a public center working exclusively in the field of cancer. http://ico.gencat.cat/en/inici/index.html . The aim of this call is the pre-selection of experienced research candidates with potential to win a Human Frontier Cross-Disciplinary Fellowship. Within this framework, HFSPO offers 3-year postdoctoral fellowships. The best candidate will submit a proposal to the Human Frontier Cross-Disciplinary Fellowship 2017. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to initiate and conduct high-quality research within ProCURE (Program Against Cancer Therapeutic Resistance). This program conducts advanced and personalized research in cancer therapeutic resistance across major cancer types (breast, colorectal, lung, ovarian): Angiogenesis; Cancer susceptibility and development; Immunotherapy and oncolytic virus; Metabolic stemness; Patient-derived xenografts; Stroma-tumor interaction
