The PhD Program in Biomolecular Sciences at University of Trento (ranked first in Italy in 2016) offers 14 scholarships of which 5 on generic projects to be carried out at the Centre for Integrative Biology (CIBIO) and 9 on the following specific projects:
A. microRNA–mediated cardiac regeneration (funded by ICGEB)
B. New computational metagenomic approaches for strain-level cystic-fibrosis pathogens characterization and microbiome profiling
C. Impact of RNA modifications on translation in physiology and disease
D. Understanding of epigenetic regulation of tumorigenesis and tumor progression through computational quantitative analyses
E. Construction of Vaccinobacter and manipulation of Vaccinobacter derived-OMVs
F. Identification of cellular and molecular mechanisms of Brain Cancer development
G. New therapies for uveal melanoma
H. Studying Neural Stem Cell biology during Brain and Cancer Development
I. Prebiotic metallopeptides
