The Records Officer will support the Program Support Coordinator with daily reporting and activity tracking, such as creating Post-Distribution
monitoring reports, compiling distribution data and comparing it to inventory reports, conducting surveys with PoCs, and tracking accomplishments of all
programs on Lesvos. The Records Officer will have a strong detail oriented background, and will assist in monitoring and evaluation all programs on the
island of Lesvos.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Computerize daily distribution report data, sharing with Area Coordinator, Programs Coordinator, M&E Manager, Information Officer, Program Manager and donors as appropriate.
• Maintain computerized summary of all NFI distributed and beneficiaries served.
• Provide training and guidance to Distribution Assistants with regard to distribution tracking requirements/procedures.
• Collect and collate internal and external waybill records, as they pertain to NFI tracking.
• Manage paper and computerized filing systems for all project documentation.
• Monitor activity tracking to ensure quality of data.
• Assist with routine M&E and activity tracking, as well as other relevant assessments.
• Any further duties as designated by the Area Coordinator, Programs Coordinator, Program Manager, M&E Manager, or Information Officer.
