Project Manager at Oxfam (Athens)

Oxfam seeks for:
- Project Manager

Skills and Competence:
- At least 4 years project management experience in a humanitarian or development context, including managing contracts, staff and budgets
- Technical knowledge of gender and/or protection
- Experience in capacity building and training of partners, and the professional development of staff
- Commitment to a rights-based approach, gender equality and protection
- Understanding of a monitoring processes, learning, adaptation and evaluation
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
- High level of adaptability and initiative
- Proven experience carrying out analysis and strategic approaches to response in a complex humanitarian environments
- Legal background/understanding of refugee law is desirable
- Applicants with Greek, Arabic or Farsi language skills are particularly encouraged to apply
