Bibliotheque Sans Frontieres seeks for:
- Program Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Formal training in project management/international relations or equivalent professional experience
- Specialist in educational, cultural, or technology sectors is preferred
- Experience/expertise of the European area is a plus Knowledge of NGO/UN agencies dynamics, or projects in place with migrants, asylum seekers, and refugees would be a plus
- Excellent level of English needed / Good level of Greek is a strong asset.

Experience:
- At least 1 year professional experience in positions with equivalent responsibility in the international cooperation sectors
- Knowledge and understanding of the humanitarian response processes of various organisations is essential
- Experience working on large scale projects is essential
- Knowledge of the process of financial management and reporting of humanitarian sponsors
