- Site Management Support Team Leader

You Have:
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
- Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
- Fluency in English and Greek, both written and verbal
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant setting
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial position
- Bachelor degree is required preferably in social science or related field
- Experience from working on project implementation position in a humanitarian operation
- Proven experience in capacity building and training
- Political and cultural awareness, as well as good understanding of the refugee crisis in Greece and traditional humanitarian coordination mechanisms
- Basic knowledge of data collection techniques
