Actionaid seeks for:
- Supporter Relations Officer
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Communications, Business Administration, or other related field
- At least two (2) years of demonstrated experience in the customer service / relations sector
- Demonstrated experience in CRM systems (preferably ERP - Entersoft) and use of MS Office programmes
- Customer oriented personality, ability to identify customer needs, propose solutions and engage commitment
- Excellent organisational and communications skills
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Excellent use of the Greek and the English language
- Very good understanding of human rights, global poverty & development issues
