Youth Program Manager at Mercy Corps (Athens)

Mercy Corps seeks for:
- Youth Program Manager

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- BA or BS degree in international development, youth education or development, conflict mitigation, social sciences, international relations or other relevant field preferred. Masters preferred.
- 5-7 years relevant professional experience with programming in adolescent/youth development, and/or conflict management programs, preferably in insecure or transitional environments and with refugee populations.
- Experience in child/adolescent protection, psychosocial support, adolescent/youth development, and/or youth conflict management.
- Strong program management, decision-making, reporting and representation skills.
- Strong M&E skills for youth and youth and conflict programming.
- Experience managing national and international staff.
- Arabic or Farsi language skills strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work independently while being a strong team player.
