Postdoctoral Fellowship, Cyprus Institute of Neurology & Genetics, Cyprus (2017)

The Cyprus Institute of Neurology and Genetics is looking for a Post-Doctoral Fellow for its Department of Cardiovascular Genetics and the Laboratory of Forensic Genetics.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will work on research projects, prepare research grants and contribute to the supervision and teaching at the Cyprus School of Molecular Medicine. The position is for a period of 24 months with a possibility of extension.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
PhD degree in any Biological Science or closely related fields

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
A well-documented successful grant writing record as well as experience in Next Generation Sequencing applications and data analysis and/or experience in biostatistics/epidemiology.
