SOLAR-TRAIN is an innovative project focused on the quality assurance, durability and life time assessment of photovoltaic (PV) modules. This includes the development of novel, validated models for the service life time and energy prediction of PV modules and systems, the investigation of climatic degradation factors and material parameters, the development of service life and energy models as well as performance assessment and enhancement by improved operation and maintenance.
For the investigation of its multi-disciplinary research topics, SOLAR-TRAIN offers:
14 Marie Sklodowska Curie Fellowships
Start: 1st March 2017
Duration: 36 months
The fellowships are funded as part of the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) Innovative Training Networks under the European Commission’s H2020 programme. The successful candidates will be hosted at leading international research centres and companies. They will contribute to the project “Photovoltaic module life time forecast and evaluation” as early stage researchers (ESRs) with the possibility to write a PhD thesis.
