Field Protection Manager at Danish Refugee Council (Thessaloniki)

Danish Refugee Council seeks for:
- Field Protection Manager

Professional Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years’ experience in Protection, with strong and proven experience in protection monitoring
- Strong and proven experience in management and mentoring of protection staff
- Fluency in written and verbal English is essential
- Previous experience in emergency response is essential
- Strong and proven experience in, and commitment to, capacity building of protection staff

Personal Qualities:
- Good knowledge of and experience in using inter-agency standards and guidelines on protection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able and willing to work with protection teams in the field for up to 80% of the time.
