What is it all about? A paid internship of one year with the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) starting on 1st September.
This internship scheme is addressed mainly to young university graduates, without excluding those who – in the framework of lifelong learning – have recently obtained a university diploma and are at the beginning of a new professional career.
This type of Internship is offered to graduates who have completed at least the first cycle of a higher education course (i.e. university education) and obtained a full degree or its equivalent by the closing date for applications.
Interns are selected from nationals of the Member States of the European Union and EU candidate and potential candidate countries.
Interns are requested to have a very good knowledge of English and another EU language.
Internship places are offered in the following FRA Departments and sectors:
Directorate;
Administration;
Human Resources and Planning;
Equality and Citizens’ Rights;
Freedoms and Justice;
Communication and Outreach.
Applications should be made in accordance with the procedures published on the FRA website.
Any candidates that meet the minimum eligibility criteria may apply. Applications that do not meet the eligibility criteria or are incorrectly submitted will be rejected. FRA will not return applications to candidates.
Candidates can apply only for one Department, incl. the Directorate. Candidates applying for more than one department will be automatically rejected.

Complete one of the FRA online application forms for the department of your choice clearly indicating the Sector(s) of your choice and your motivation to apply.
