Cash Program Officer at Oxfam (Ioannina)

Oxfam seeksa for:
- Cash Program Officer

SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:
- Graduate from a recognised university;
- Minimum of 2 years experience on cash program implementation,
- Experience of monitoring & evaluation aspects, including data collection and analysis;
- Strong knowledge of IT applications and development – especially spreadsheets, database, familiarity with project cycle management, monitoring and evaluation.
- Good coordination skills; and strong commitment to gender equality and social justice;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proven knowledge of computerised systems;
- The ability to present concise reports, sometimes at short notice, reflecting the problems and possible solutions for particular situations.
- The post holder should be at ease in working with refugee and local communities.
- Well developed interpersonal and team skills and proven ability to be flexible in demanding situations.
- A working knowledge of spoken and written English
- Knowledge of written / spoken Arabic or Farsi or Kurmanji is strongly preferred
- Commitment to humanitarian principles and to Oxfam’s equal opportunity and gender policies.
- Ability and willingness to undertake travel in country.
- Ability to work effectively with others, adaptable and flexible
- Eligible to work in the EU.
