- Community Engagement Assistant

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCE:
- Completed high school education;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Potential and flexibility of attitude to learn;
- Comfortable working with refugee communities;
- Understanding of, and commitment to, advancing gender equality and women’s rights;
- Well-developed interpersonal and team skills and proven ability to be flexible in demanding situations.
- A working knowledge of spoken and written English
- Spoken and written fluency in Arabic, Dari/Farsi or Kurdish;
- Sympathy with the aims and objectives of Oxfam;
