- Monitoring Officer
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in relevant field (e.g. social sciences, economics, etc.)
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in a related field (e.g. monitoring, evaluation, data collection and analysis, research, etc.)
- Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative data collection tools
- Experience in conducting primary quantitative data collection and data entry, preferably experience with electronic data collection
- Experience in data/information management and quantitative analysis (basic statistics)
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent oral and written English communication skills, including ability to present information orally and in writing clearly and concisely
- Ability to develop and maintain good relations in teams
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks and make decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive attitude and ability to seek supervisory support as needed
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and in constantly changing work environments
- Holds self accountable to high professional standards (e.g. responsible, meets deadlines)
- Ability to travel to project sites
