Qualifications
- Possesses strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Possesses strong networking skills.
- Possesses strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Experienced in cross-cultural team leadership.
- Previous experience working overseas.
- Willingness to travel in and out of the field.
- Willingness to stay in the field for extended periods.
- Knowledge of computer systems and its applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to drive a standard transmission vehicle in rough road and extremely muddy conditions.
- Two to Three years prior experience managing food and WASH programs
- Experience managing diverse teams of individuals
- Knowledge of commodity or inventory tracking systems.
- Working knowledge of donor regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Committed Christian who understands the ethos behind SP
