Arabic / Farsi Speaker - Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant at the Mercy Corps (Athens)

Mercy Corps seeks for:
- Arabic / Farsi Speaker - Monitoring & Evaluation Assistant

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- At least 1years of work experience; experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) with international and/or local NGOs or other relevant organizations, highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s preferred.
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis methods.
- Candidate must be willing to travel and work in difficult conditions.
- Excellent skills in Excel are a must; knowledge of O DK and ability to program/code the questionnaires for ODK highly desirable
- Demonstrated attention to details, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required.
- Demonstrated skills in planning, organizing, analyzing and reporting.
- Ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel, as well as with project partners and community members
- Fluent in Arabic or/ and Farsi, Greek, good in written and spoken English.
