Arabic/Farsi/Urdu Interpreter at the Samaritan's Purse (Chios, Samos)

Samaritan's Purse seeks for:
- Arabic/Farsi/Urdu Interpreter

Qualifications:
- Past experience in the humanitarian field working in Farsi/Arabic/Urdu-speaking cultures as an interpreter highly recommended. Certification in English and Farsi/Arabic/Urdu language strongly recommended (e.g. CEFR, Cambridge, etc.)
- Ability to work legally in Greece
- Conflict management skills, counseling skills and communication skills
- Fluency in Farsi/Arabic/Urdu and English language
- High level of reading comprehension and writing ability in Farsi/Arabic/Urdu and English
- Knowledge of Persian/Arabic cultures preferred
- Ability to work well within a team and build positive team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure in a cross-cultural environment
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Greek language ability strongly recommended
