Mercy Corps Hellas seeks for:
- Field Assistant Urdu Speaker

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree is desirable
- At least 2 years of work experience; previous experience with international or local NGOs or other relevant organizations is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in one or more of the following languages is also required: Arabic, Greek, Farsi or Urdu.
- Ability to interact effectively with international and national personnel, as well as with community members; experience working with local communities is highly preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, strong problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required
- Experience in meeting facilitation and community mobilization is highly preferred
