Caretaker Officer at the International Rescue Committee (Thessaloniki)

International Rescue Committee seeks for:
- Caretaker Officer

REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or relevant diploma/certificate and a minimum of 6 month experience in working with adolescents/teenagers and must be at least 21 years of age;
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills with young adolescents and teenagers;
- Demonstrated empathy and understanding of vulnerable unaccompanied teenagers and adolescents seeking refugee asylum;
- Previous experience in supporting dependents in obtaining independent living skills and enacting daily routines & self-care plans;
- Personal qualities: Team player, responsive, flexible, able to handle stress and high pressure work environments effectively amp; work in culturally and linguistically diverse work setting
- Fluency in English and/or Greek required and/or Arabic/Farsi preferred
